Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
Arrowa is operated by Rahmani Seif El Moulouk ("we"). This policy describes the information handled by the mobile game and its service providers.
Game data
The game stores campaign progress, puzzle state, best times, daily records, unlocked themes, and preferences on your device. You can play without creating a developer account. The game does not ask you for a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, the platform may receive your game-service identity, cloud save, and submitted leaderboard scores. These services may display your ranking to other players or friends according to their settings. Google and Apple handle this information under their own privacy policies. The game does not operate a separate server for player accounts or cross-platform cloud saves.
Friend races
You can choose to share a level number and your best time through the device share controls, or paste a friend's race code into the game. Arrowa does not upload these codes to a developer server. Sharing a code with another person is your choice and uses the app or channel you select.
Advertising and consent
Arrowa uses Google AdMob for banners on selected menus, occasional interstitials between levels, and optional rewarded ads for an extra life. You can restart and request hints without watching an ad. Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent where required before ad requests. You can reopen available privacy choices in the game's Settings.
Google may process device and app identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, device and operating-system details, ad requests and interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and honor privacy choices. Ad availability and personalization depend on your consent and platform settings.
How long information is kept
Local progress remains until you clear app data or remove the game, subject to your device backups. Cloud saves, leaderboard entries, advertising data, and consent records are retained by Google or Apple according to their policies and your account controls. Removing Arrowa does not automatically erase information held by those providers. If you contact support, we use the information you send to answer your request and retain it only as reasonably needed for that purpose and applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can play offline, leave platform sign-in unused, decline an optional rewarded ad, and revisit available advertising consent choices. You can remove local progress by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Use your Google or Apple account controls for their cloud save and leaderboard data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us for information we control.
