Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Luma Fleet, operated by Rahmani Seif El Moulouk ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the Luma Fleet mobile game and its online services.
Information we process
- Anonymous account data: Firebase Authentication creates a random user identifier. Luma Fleet does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or social login.
- Gameplay and leaderboard data: mission progress, scores, run duration, selected formation, rewards, configuration version, and anti-cheat validation data may be processed to operate daily challenges and leaderboards.
- App activity and diagnostics: gameplay events, app version, crash reports, performance diagnostics, device type, operating-system version, timestamps, and technical logs may be processed through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising and consent data: Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, and consent choices. Personalized advertising is used only where permitted and consented to.
- Local data: campaign progress, settings, unlocked content, quality preferences, and reward state are stored on your device.
How we use information
We use information to run the game, preserve progress, provide optional ads and rewards, operate anonymous leaderboards, prevent abuse, select compatible remote configuration, diagnose crashes, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not directly sell your personal information.
Advertising choices
Luma Fleet requests advertising consent where required. Privacy choices remain available from the in-game Settings screen. Declining personalized ads does not block campaign play; you may still receive non-personalized or limited ads. Rewarded ads are voluntary.
Service providers
We use Google services including Firebase Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Remote Config, App Check, Google AdMob, and Google User Messaging Platform. Google processes information under its own policies:
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Online gameplay, security, analytics, advertising, and diagnostic records are retained only as needed for the purposes above, subject to provider retention settings and legal requirements. To request deletion of the anonymous account and associated online data, email rahmani@seifelmoulouk.com with “Luma Fleet data deletion” in the subject. We may ask for the anonymous player identifier shown in the app so we can locate the correct records.
Children
Luma Fleet is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and delete it.
Security, transfers, and your rights
We use reasonable technical safeguards, including platform integrity checks and encrypted network transport. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Changes and contact
