Help for the iOS and Android game
For gameplay, billing, accessibility, privacy, or technical help, email rahmani@seifelmoulouk.com. Include your platform, app version, device model, and a short description. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Quick help
The campaign can be played offline. Daily leaderboards, remote configuration, ads, and some rewards require a network connection. You can change language, audio, quality, and advertising privacy choices from the in-game Settings screen.
Privacy and data deletion
Read the Luma Fleet Privacy Policy. To request deletion of the anonymous account and associated online data, email rahmani@seifelmoulouk.com with “Luma Fleet data deletion” in the subject. We may ask for the anonymous player identifier shown in the app. Local game data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the game.
Compatibility
Luma Fleet supports iOS 15 or later and Android 8.0 (API 26) or later. For best results, keep the operating system current and leave enough free storage for installation and updates.
